Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unworn dancewear in its original packaging, ensuring all studio tags and hygienic liners remain intact.

  Ship to the Studio

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return at our London warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
